Fall Bucket List 2017

It’s almost fall! Or it already is, but right now it is pretty warm here and I’m in a fall-ish mood so it’s time for an autumn post.

A Million reasons to love fall

Fall is probably my favourite season, I may have gotten my love for fall from reading Anne Of Green Gables and it making me truly appreciate how pretty fall is. The world quiets down for a nap through winter, trees turn beautiful colours, the weather cools down, food gets warmer and heavily spiced, drinks hotter, houses cozier. I can’t let fall go by without taking full advantage of it!

Bucket list

Pinterest is the best place in the fall, with spicy recipes and pictures of cozy cats by the fire, so it inspired me to make a fall bucket list of all the things I would like to do to really have a good autumn!

I will keep the blog and my Instagram updated with posts of doing things off of the list, so keep watch for them all season!

What are your favourite things about fall?

That is a great list. I definitely want to take the kids to the corn maze. I will have to look into an apple farm.. is that a (young) kid friendly activity?
Also, I want to eat lots of soup. I’m going to start with matzo ball soup either today or tomorrow.
Thank you for following my mom blog (homeschooledbykids)!

Thank you! Corn mazes are fun! I haven’t actually been apple picking yet, but I’ve been to an apple farm store before and it would be 😊 Yes! I forgot about soups thank you for reminding me!

You seem to be all set for fall 🙂 It’s my favorite season too and I look forward to soups, cozy sweaters and beautiful pink mornings and evenings. But it’s still time for fall here, but festive season is starting or has already started and I’m eagerly looking forward to all the fun, new dishes, dresses, and decorations. But you finish that bucket list and I will look forward to the pics 🙂
P.S: I have never carved pumpkins or done vampy makeup that would sure be fun 😉

Baking, baking, and more baking. I start in fall and can’t seem to stop until the gardening season begins again! No low carb diets over the winter at my house.

Me too! Fall is the best time to bake and especially over the holidays
